My guess is it's a heat thing, possibly US only.

Certain M Sport models come with fog lights in the UK in the same area of the bumper yet the US versions do not have them

I suppose its for better air flow in hotter climates.

Blizzaks are what you need my man. I have used them on both of my E92s and both my E82s.

I like this color, but the wheels look uglier for some reason...

I've seen a number of Estoril M5's and F30's and I really wish they'd just called it some other form of blue as it's nowhere near the earlier Estoril Blue.
