Thanks for posting and for the stills.
Will look great with M Sport line in non-Camry-Gold color. It's begging for a photoshop to rid it of those wheels and paint. |

I think this car looks awesome!
And it'll be even better with sport line instead of the modern/urban/whatever that is featured in these pics! This is the new model from the last few years that's gotten me the most excited about (including the new m4). Even the 220i sounds like a blast already! Good job, BMW, not all hope is lost! Now for a little daydreaming, it would be awesome if they would release the m performance mechanical LSD for all models, and not just the m235i (but having it on the m235i is reason enough to celebrate already). |

BMW got a winner in their hands.
228i with Msport, 6MT will be a very interesting car at the expected price point. Bravo

Thank you for posting this and the stills. I saw this posted in the other thread and was pausing and playing the video to try and get a better look. When I closed it down, and then noticed the video was no longer on the other thread I thought "Damn".
So glad to see it here, and to see this more clearly. I so can not wait to see it in person and take it for a ride. I am planning to do a ED next summer for this if it is as great in person as I am expecting it to be. |

Rear of the car will be by far the most controversial part of the car. Could use an M Perf CF spoiler
Looks like the M235i will be 43750 Euros in Germany

Rear indeed greatest departure, slight look of a honda. However a better colour and the deeper bumper of the M sport will add some substance to it. Overall looks rather a cohesive design.

really doesn't look that different than the outgoing 1 series coupe... sans major headlight change... not impressed yet - will need to see M sport line

Base models on every series typically look mundane and this color certainly does not help. I imagine the M235i will get the pulse beating and hopefully have an overall aggressive appearance.

Have I mentioned this car's awkward proportions and sheet metal before? Stop me if you've heard this one...
