I've made some amazing Grilled Chicken in my time. But last night I made the most incredible and flavorful batch ever!
Jerk Chicken that my entire family couldn't get enough of.

Since my DW abandoned me and her dog this afternoon to help friends with a huge home project, the two of us (OCD psycho dog and me) followed the lead of 213 and went to Wendy's for dinner. Did you know they sold salads?????

Pasta with Low Cal Pomodoro Sauce (Olive Oil, Onions, Garlic, Red Peeper Flakes, Tomatoes, Kosher Salt, Dry Basil, Unsalted Butter and Parmesan) topped with Bacon Bits and more Parmesan.

So I bought this dry rub and added olive oil, OJ, garlic salt.
