Got a ticket for no plate

I got one last month but was let off for my tint. What are the chances I may get a tint ticket during front plate inspection? I have limo tint all around

I have received a front plate ticket after owning my Chrysler 300 for 5 years. I don't even have mounting holes for a front plate. I honestly just paid the fix it ticket. Tie wrap a front plate on the grill. Got the ticket signed off and pulled it off the second I got home. Hell, I don't even think it was the right front plate, it was just whatever plate I could dig up in my garage.
