Idrive stuck on staring navigation

Hello everyone,
im facing an issue currently with my 228i bmw 2016
the idrive system suddenly disconnected my phone and restarted then it was stuck on staring navigation and i cant play music from my phone and its not recognising the music usb which was working on the car but the radio is working fine, any solutions?

Press the volume button for 30 seconds to reboot idrive.

That works for mine but I am doing in a little more often than I would like.
