Rennline phone mount
Has anyone tried the phone mount from Rennline to see if it will work in an F22 M240i if making some minor modifications?
I'm close to pulling the trigger on MHD and will need a reliable phone mount for monitoring/logging ect... I keep looking at this mount from Rennline, and my dash (took dash apart to look how its all set up) and it looks close to what the M2 dash looks like... I'm also a mechanical engineer with access to a full sheet metal fabrication department at my factory, so... thinking if order the kit I will find a way to make it work. Thoughts anyone? |

I have it installed in my m235i. It's great, super easy install and rock solid with strong magnets. No modification was necessary.
Fwiw, what sucks is the rennline E30 mount. The metal frame is thin and bends easily.
