Fast switch AWD/RWD ?

Hi guys! Planning to buy f22 as a project car, something like forged engine, Hp70 gearbox, EFR9280 & nearby 900-1000 whp. But nvm.
I have one interesting question, are there any solutions to quickly switch from awd to rwd? like new M series from button on steering wheel ?
I know about Xdelete, but it's too slow.

In the future, perhaps this will be possible through xDelete via iDrive like the F9X and G8X. Not sure if this is something RBT Tuning have planned but it would be an amazing feature across all non-M xDrive platforms. This would really help with nailing down a launch and 60’ as you’d be able to warm up the rear tires and switch to 4WD at the click of the iDrive controller. I thought about this and I’m glad to see someone else bring it up.

To update this, I’ve seen nothing so far. If this doesn’t end up being done through XHP, or can’t be done for whatever reason, a secondary drivetrain controller would be the next option at being able to swap between 4WD and 2WD at an instant. I still look forward to see this being done in the near future.

I also need this, change from RWD to Xdrive in less than 10 sec without need to flash transmission.

Something might be in the works
We are currently sourcing the parts needed to test and make sure we can reliably do it without issues

Yeah but can it be done without getting 100 drivetrain errors? I thought that was the problem with doing it on the fly? Csr goes into limp mode immediately etc

Yes it will throw codes but no limp mode. And the codes can be removed via a tune.
