[WTB] M235i or M240i (Coupe)

Hi y'all, my beloved E85 Z4 is about to be retired due to high mileage so I'll need a new car to commute for work in the coming months. I'm looking to purchase an M235 or M240 (AWD or RWD is fine) that is preferably automatic, hard top only, and under 70k miles. Willing to spend up to $25-35k for the M235is, and $30-40k for the M240is.

Willing to also be flexible on my prices, as well as traveling to complete the purchase. I'm currently living in the Indianapolis & Chicago areas, so I can drive to most of the Midwest or fly out for any further deals if needed.
