2016 M235i - New owner questions

Hey guys,
I was driving F30 335i N55 for 5 years and decided to trade it to M235i FBO with quite high mileage, but well maintaned by previous owners.
So far I am happy with my New car. I would have few questions about M235.
1. Yesterday I realized, that my daylights (headlights) are not working like It should be - ‚rings’ are not working at all. Both, without any codes. Do you have any idea why?
2. Is sport transmission more ‚harsh’, than regular one? I mean, I can feel more, when car is changing the gears, than F30 did this. Especially downshift. Sometimes rpm goes around 2500 when I break quite hard.
3. I am having a problem with Internal GPS signal. It showes that I am like 300miles away from the place I am. It happened first time when the iDrive screen went black and restarted by itself.

I think so far that is It. Thank you in advance for your help.

For your angel eyes, have you checked in Idrive? There is a setting to turn off the daytime running lamps.

Settings > Lighting > Daytime running lamps

There is only one thing you can do to help a trans, change the fluid. It’s a good idea even without issues

...and I believe that maybe you need to program your mirror to help your GPS? On mine, I stuck a paperclip into a little hole and drove around in a circle a couple of times. Your gps may think it's in another state

1) There are settings in the iDrive menu for this. Check them. It’s also possible someone coded the car to turn them off.

2) The car may have a transmission tune. That would account for more aggressive shifting.

3) I don’t have any suggestions for the GPS issue. Sorry.

Can you talk to the previous owner or the place you bought it from to get these things clarified? Find out if it has a transmission tune and if it’s had any coding to the lighting module (if you’re not able to sort it out in iDrive).
