What do with blue lower grill / fog light surround?

First of all, why in the world are they navy blue? There's a piece on the back bumper that's also blue. I have to deal with what looks like some clearcoat overspray that I didn't see when I got it, but that's another story...

How hard is it to remove the fog light surround pieces? I'm guessing the whole bumper has to come off. I'm thinking either black or CF wrap on all the blue pieces. I am doing some other little CF touches here and there. I haven't found any aftermarket replacement options.

Thoughts?

I've had this car for a little over a week and am surprisingly in love.

Actually they are BLACK but have faded to blue from UV exposure. Known issue with those parts.

They can be pried out.
