brake warning light

The brake warning light is on and telling me to drive carefully and get the brakes serviced. I swap between winter pads and summer track oriented pads and have the brake wear sensors disconnected. The pads are fine. checked the brake fluid level and also fine. any ideas why the light is on?

May be on based on time and milage. Probably just needs to be reset.
