Navigation stuck on loading

Hi guys. i just bought a 218 Cabrio and I am trying to understand how to use a navigator. The navigation menu is stuck in "loading". Can I connect an android phone with android auto ? The car is made in 2021.
Entered service menu:
GPS state is ok and reports the correct location but receiver SW and receiver data are empty
P.S I already tried to reset the system by pushing the volume button for 30 seconds without luck
PP.S. attempted to send a destination from the BMW app to the car. No luck

you can use HUTOOL gen FSC file , Esys to add in
