I am from France, in the Paris suburbs. Happy owner of a 228i M-Sport edition.
To reply WestCoast76's question I ordered it on 10/28/2014 and received it on 03/05/2015, more than 4 months later. It's not a 235xi though but both 228i an 235xi were officialy available for configuration at the same time.
For a reason BMW did not explained, mine was produced on 12/13/2014 and remained in Leipzig for 2 months !!!
I suggest you ask your sales person for the VIN of the vehicule you ordered (the number is created as soon as your order has been acknowledged by the factory). Then you go to http://www.bmwarchive.org/vin/bmw-vin-decoder.html, enter the 7 last digits in the box to get information about your order.

Maybe, there is a difference between a rwd and a xdrive version and I have to wait too...

New to this forum, have a mineral white M235i in Sweden. Have the M-sport exhaust system and black kidneys in front. Will install the M-sport alcantara/carbonfibre interior, the M-Sport front splitter and the rear spoiler carbon fibre when I'm back home on leave in June.
