First and cheapest upgrade, remove the centre speaker in the dash, you get better sound staging and some better bass response.

Not bad for a freebie !

…just had focals installed (tweeters and woofers) and i don’t think it’s the placebo effect…sound is definitely better - much cleaner, vibrant…i even think the bass sounds more lively…only one hour of listening/driving but to circle back on this thread i think it’s a definite upgrade…!

got the es100k…still really loving them…for those interested, i think replacing the front speakers makes a big difference…not sure if im going to need to upgrade amp
