Pad and rotor replacement video

Does anyone know of any videos that instruct how to replace pads and rotors on an f22 with stock brakes. I have not come across any videos for this exact car and do not know if there are any other cars with identical or similar brakes. Thanks

I ended up installing the MSport brakes, but beforehand had gotten a shop to show me how to do this with my base brakes. You can look for vids for other 3-series models that use these, where there are more vids. I'm rusty on which models, but if you go to a site like fcpEuro they will list the cross-model fit info. Basically it is taking out 2 bolts that hold the calipers on (often takes huge torque to loosen), then the attachment bolt on the rotor (see other threads here - tends to stick, and easy to strip the head; overnight soak with liquid wrench and a hand impact driver is highly recommended). And be careful to never let the caliper hang by the brake line, use a hanger of some sort. Zeckhausen Racing has great tech advice, may also have links to vids if you ask.
