F8x Rotors with stock M235i wheels?

Ok, so I have done quite a bit of searching on this and I have seen some contradictory information and just wanted to do a check here hoping someone that has done this before will comment.

I have recently purchased an M235i for my daily duties and have a plan to do a few mods over the next couple of months. I know you can put the F8x 380mm rotors on these cars with the blue calipers by using the SLG adapters or other similar ones. I have read that you can use them with 18" wheels and that they will "work" with the OE wheels but will require spacers to fit. I have read mention of several different sizes that are "required", so no clear answer to that. My desire is to get the mostly worn-out brakes upgraded (not cheap by itself obviously) and then at a later time get some other/larger wheels, but I can not do both at once. I would like to buy some time by getting a set of spacers required to make it work for now.

So, my question is, are we sure the OE M235i style 436 wheels will clear the F8x brake rotor/caliper setup and, if so, what size spacer is required to make that happen?

Thank you all for your help!

Fits just fine with a 10mm spacer, excuse the dirt.

Great, thanks! I have seen people say 5mm, 10mm, 12mm so just wanted to be sure. Thanks again!

I am having issues with SLG adapters at the moment - they space the front calipers out 23mm instead of 20mm... which for me is enough for caliper to wheel contact on 719M wheels. I am also having issues with the rear adaptors and the rotor not centering in the caliper.
