Just did the calculations for my 2017 230i manual: 7.78 L/100 km, 30.20 mpgUS, 36.30 mpgIMP. (Total fuel used and total km driven)
This is over 19 117 km of driving in Western Canada and Western US.
I'm happy. This is the best fuel consumption of any vehicle I've ever driven.

I have the the Dinan Stage 1V2 in mine and I'm getting 39.2 mpg out of 10.4 gallons I put back in 408 miles driven - nearly all highway

I was always under the impression the car was basically out of fuel at 0. I remember stretching it once shortly after I got my car. Had 8 miles to empty and took something like 13.1 or 13.2 gallons to fill.
