Out S5 in 240ix

Out 2010 White S5 4.2 liter with 4S tires and in with the 2019 240ix. We will see about these tires and such. Should be the superior car, we will see. Current car tracks great, and turns faster, but too slow. And old. Wanting a 2019 green mustang, or a white Golf R, but end of day 2019 240ix. We will see if that was a good choice. Car is in transit to Oxnard port, close.

I hope you picked a fast color!
The stock Pirelli P7 AS (4s in your nomenclature?) RFTs that came on mine, I will live with for a bit.
Certainly an improvement over RFTs which came with my previous BMW,
But undertired performance-wise and somewhat notorious for failure. I might try to see if my Apex 17x9 set up will fit,
I don't mind a taller sidewall, but as we're getting into the heart of winter here, I'll leave the stock wheels for now.
I think the 2 is a good balance between the performance extremes of the Mustang and the Golf, BMW vs. Audi is always tricky subject (I need to try a TT someday). Good luck with the new car and BTW, Mineral Grey is the fastest color 😃

No oil catch can, no metal charge pipe, no exhaust enchantments, no, nothing. I will drive the sheet out of this car in the stock form, and looking forward to run ins with other folks. We shall see. Maybe some stupid strange raciing stripe in bright green on the delete moonroof white car.

Try not to drive the sheet out of it during the break-in period.

I wanted White or Red but I'm happy I got a Mineral Gray. I think is the best color especially when is clean and with a good coat of wax ...

So with 60 miles on the car, had the opportunity to take a couple quick left turns. One from a dead stop and another at about 35 mph. Car hooks just fine, nothing on the table as was my concern as far as downgrading from the 2010 Audi S5 with Pilot Sport 4S tires. This car will do just fine big smile, cannot imagine what the limits are, will take a bit of time to approach them, and don't want to exceed. Lots of money for this stupid car

Hprix is thoughtful, read a few other posts, and spot on, me not

Garage List
My car was also on that ship (well, maybe a different one; arrived in port on 1/16). Should be at my dealer Monday, 1/21 and I should be able to pick it up on 1/22.

Correction edit: My SA just emailed and informed me that my car showed up early and I'll be able to pick up tomorrow! Yay!

That's what the track is for - so we can enjoy our cars at or near their limits. It's quite the rush.
