Do Dinan springs reduce the rear end pogoing?

My biggest gripe about the OEM M235 springs is the pogoing effect the rear end has over larger/ expansive bumps. The front end feels fine, but the rear has a lot of movement under these situations. Do the 30% stiffer Dinan springs help control movement?

I feel that they do. That pogo feeling and floatiness under braking are the 2 things I was hoping the Dinan springs would improve and they did (IMHO)

I concur. The linear spring rate on the Dinan springs eliminates the float of the stock suspension. You also get way less body roll and less compression under acceleration. Made a huge difference in the car.

Thank you. Are either of you running the Dinan spring spacers to bring the drop up a bit?

I am not. Just running the springs and Dinan bumpstops. Personally, I don't feel the drop is too low, but I am also running stock wheels and tires (for now).

Just bump stops as well. Running MPS4S 235s on 18x8 wheels with no rubbing or issues.

adjust the rear camber bolts to -2, this will help somewhat. it costs nothing.

I must be dumb. How does adjusting camber reduce the rear pogo effect?

Yes, did that take care of the pogoing effect for you?

What "spring spacers" are you talking about? I don't see anything on the Dinan site.

I'd like to stiffen-up the suspension but I don't really want it lowered.

Thanks - Ken

Can you adjust the rear camber on the stock car to -2? Or, do you need camber plates?

Thanks for the info!

Best,
M

The inner lower control arm and inner track link ends have eccentric bolts and washers that can be rotated to change the camber and toe in the rear.
