If RotorOver is right then do not expect much gain from just the Intake - as it would require a tune if it was pulling a lot more air than stock - otherwise MAF would generate CEL

The response was "end of summer, August most likely, but no date yet"

Until they can fix their stage one issues on the 2 series I doubt we will be seeing a stage 2 anytime soon.

Right now stage 1 has a recurring CEL that eventually happens and from what I've heard they have not been able to fix it so far.

My car is at the dealer right now with that exact issue, been there a week.

In over 20,000 miles with Stage 1 - I have had a one time occurrence of a CEL, after clearing it it has never returned. The car has never had any driveability issues or other adverse effects.

Going to pick my car up today.

They told me something about a faulty charge pressure sensor, I'll post back with specifics when I get the paperwork.

Update:

Something is definitely up with my dinan stage 1.

Sometimes the car feels lifeless and sometimes it feel great.

I've noticed sometimes my app cannot find the dinan module and sometimes it can.

I'm not getting any CEL lights.

I think maybe there is something wrong with the dinan module itself, like sometimes it powers on and sometimes it does not.

Not sure what to do but I will contact dinan today.

Man that sucks to hear.

My car has returned to its normal self I believe.

Maybe the ECU needed to re-calibrate after being worked on, maybe it was bad gas, or maybe it was the 110 degree temperatures making it feel down on power.

I would take the tune off and wait for stage 2, as they maybe troubleshooting, thus the delay of stage 2.

Please just drop the CAI already! The wait is killing me. Is the R&D on the Stage 2 holding it up b/c they want to drop them together?

No. Carbon fiber is holding up carbon fiber. Just a waiting game at this point for us all. Just to tease it for **** and giggles though...

12.5 is impressive. If you can get into the high 11's w/ a Stage 1, you're into some super-car territory.

Being an old timer (my youth was misspent in the 60's) when the muscle cars (GTO's, Chevelles, Chargers, and the like) were running 14's and the Buick GSX was the only advertised 13 (high) sec car. The little "Bimmer", running in the 12's and capable of posting 30+MPG when driven accordingly, we are living in some amazing times.

I have the Stage 1 and find my car to amazingly quick (traded a 2015 C7 for it), and comparing the two cars, I can see a whole lot of difference in straight line acceleration. Both cars can scare the hell out of passenger.

Was thinking the same, remember people dumping every penny had into trying to turn anything in the "13's"
