Intercooler for the convertible

Sorry if this already in a post, but I can't find it. It looks like some of the intercoolers will not work on the convertible. I'm guessing due to some extra bracing. I was planning on picking up a charge pipe during the Black Friday deals and I like keeping all the parts the same brand if possible. Yes, I have issues. I was suggested ER for the charge pipe, but depending on the website it looks like the intercooler wont fit from them. Car is a 235i convertible, auto rwd for reference.
Thanks in advance.

Not many options for the F23 due to the brace in front of the stock IC. Here is a thread with some info. I put some pics there showing the clearance between the stock IC and the brace.

Basically you can get something like the Wagner EVO 1 or equivalent.

I was able to install the VRSF in my F23 but yeah it was a huge bitch. If I had known I would of removed the bracing then then installed and reinstalled the bracing. It can but done without removing but tough.

I used a Wagner comp 1. It was a pain to install the 1st time. I took it out when I installed the new hard pipe to the TB, it was much easier the 2nd time.
