For OEM 18s, those weights aren't bad at all. What are really heavy are the run-flat tires. They run 7-10 pounds heavier than equivalent non-run flats per wheel. I'd say that's offset by not having a spare in the trunk, but not quite; at least a spare is sprung weight ...

Thing is, many just pay attention to the weight of the wheel and pay no mind to the weight of the tire -- which can become the heavier component of the two if lightweight wheels are focused on. Having more weight concentrated on the rim of unsprung weight instead of the hub of unsprung weight can significantly alter handling and acceleration behavior because of the laws of inertial and centrifugal mass. This effect is not as prevalent on our cars as it is on, say, a hybrid or a relatively low-powered car such as a MINI or a Miata, but it is still an effect.

I’m kinda surprised we don’t have a stickied thread that lists the stock offsets and weights for every stock configuration, plus confirmed fitments, photos, and weights for aftermaket wheel combinations.

So the tires (and compressed air?) add about another 20lbs I see? Im simply comparing your weights to the wheels weights supplied further up this discussion.

Front - 44.8# Rear - 46.3#. With around 3,000 miles on the tires, I weighted my mounted set on a Detecto doctor's scale and got: Front - 48.0# Rear - 51.0#. And icin235 shows: Front - 45.5# Rear - 47.5#. The first are without wheel weights, and the last two include an unknown amount of wheel weights. I have a scale that weighs down to 5 grams, but it maxes out at 33# (https://www.adamequipment.com/cpwplus-15). When I replace the tires I'm going to separately weigh the new tires and the staggered OEM wheels without weights.
