18s Front, 19s Rear ??
Has anyone done this, if so, any pics?? Just based off the eye test and reading a bunch of threads, it appears the following would be the ideal scenario for those not looking to go with super low profile tires, but still look like they have larger / aftermarket rims and eat up some of the wheel gap.
18x8 et40 235/40/18 19x9 et50 265/35/19 ***this is one step up in aspect ratio vs what folks normally do for 19s*** This would result in both sidewalls being the same thickness. Being that the rears are larger than usual, i suspect this would not work well for those with AWD, but for RWD vehicles i would assume no issues... thoughts? |

This tire size is 1.5" taller than the staggered rears that come on our cars. It won't fit.
My solution to the problem can be seen here: https://www.2addicts.com/forums/show...2&postcount=18.

I thought about doing this also but I was thinking it would introduce more understeer with potential extra grip in the rear.

Yeah I'd definitely be more inclined to have 265s in the rear for my RWD. dradernh your square setup is very nice though, how have you enjoyed the wavetrac? Have you been/driven in a car with the conventional mLSD? Thoughts?

I have no experience with the M LSD. I plan to keep my car, so buying a clutch-pack diff that would eventually need a rebuild wasn't attractive to me.
