Front 8.5 19 43 offset with MP4S 235x19x35
Rear 9.5 19 45 offset with MP4S 255x19x30

Curious to see if next time could fit 265 if not lowering.

What should I do next? Thinking tint, carbon fiber mirror caps, cf diffuser and spoiler and then maybe paint matched reflectors.

Tune and Downpipe are coming.

WoW! I'm considering to run a square setup with 235s... Does 8.5 ET 43 19 really fit plug and play without any rubbing issues in the front with 235/35/19??
In the back it should be a easz fit..right?

Here in Europe people are deeply concerned when thinking about running anything more than 225 in the front if 8.5J wheels are used...

Yes , I haven't had any issues or rubbing. I think the 43 offset must be the perfect offset to run a 235 in front. Stock suspension not sure how it would be if I lower.

@Futbolmaniac: Thank you for the feedback! Could you post a picture taken from the front where one can see how much the rubber sticks out?

That would futher help me make up my mind

FutbolManiac Thanks for the pictures, your car looks very nice in that color! And the wheels don't look excessively pokey.

Did you get a chance to beat the car around some corners without any issues?

Cheers from Switzerland

Thanks...

Yes, I haven't tracked the car or anything but I definitely get on it some in corners or curves at higher speeds and haven't had any rubbing or issues to worry about. I think you will be fine with the same size setup.

The only thing I haven't been able to check is how close it is to the suspension - I'm guessing I am only a couple of mm away from them but definitely cleared.

If I want to drop it then I may have issues. For now, I'm not dropping it any lower.

Thank you, have just CC'd you in the email.

All please note, the VMR wheels are fine, it is the supplier that is re-drilling wrong sized wheels and selling them off as "correct" fitment that is the issue hence the vibration I am experiencing.

Does anyone on here have an example of a square 19" v802 setup on a stock suspended xdrive? I have a 340ix m sport and am tossing back and forth between a square setup and a staggered setup in 19's. I've seen plenty of staggered setups in this style, but not a 19 square yet.

Snapped a few images during a Sunday morning drive. Kept the VMR wheels on through the winter and they have held up well to our horrible NY roads. Even blew a tire on a nasty pothole and the wheel is still perfect.

Thank you for sharing and posting! Sorry to hear about your tire, but we're glad the wheels are still good and you're okay. Your color combo looks really good, and that's a nice shot!

Hi guys, new to wheel specs and learning so much from everyone. Looking to get new wheels for my 2020 M240 xDrive

Any downside in running
18x8 et32 225/40/18 front
18x9.5 et45 255/35/18 rear?
would the wheel width differential between front and rear be a problem?
diameters check out, clearance should be good, and seems like that wound decrease front tire stretch.

Thanks in advance

We don't offer anything in an 18x8 ET32, but we've always stuck with the 8.5 ET35 or 8.5 ET45 with a 3mm spacer (ET42) without having any issues.

F: 19x8.5 et 35 (225/35/19) with a 12mm spacer
R: 19x9.5 et 45 (255/30/19)

I've been running this very popular wheel setup without the 12mm spacer for over 2 years. It's always bothered me that the 225s look stretched in the front and makes the front wheel look more tucked into the wheel well. So today I randomly decided to throw on a 12mm spacer (smallest one I had in my garage) because what else is there to do...
I'm actually loving the way it looks, I'm surprised I don't see this done more often. Is there maybe something I'm missing that makes this a terrible idea?

Has anyone tried 235/40/18 on stock 228i xDrive suspension with a square setup on 18x8.5 et35? I have v802s and I would love to go wider but am concerned about rubbing the fender. The car is not lowered. Included pics with current 225/40/18 Pilot Sport AS3+ tires. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
