Don't know about the -1 rep, never sold anything through here before or had any issues with anyone.

The subs are underseat subs.

No, I have never bought anything from here. The downpipe fits all M235s from 3-2014 onward including the 2016 with a manual. I just doubled checked on the Wagner site to make sure.

How does the sub sound compared to stock sub? Does it work with regular audio system or only the harmon kardon?

I have a different amp in my car and didn't think the Bavsound speakers made much of a difference but I think that is because I did not have the correct tune for the speakers. I put the stock speakers back in. I have the HK system, I would think if the stock system has under seat woofers then they will work.
