looks. have 2 sets to easily swap winters and summers. keep the winters on stock rims.

keep stock size wheels for comfort, cost, ease of replacement (lot of stock tires for sale around here)

I want to go wider but need to use up stock tires and will replace them with wider ones
Actually this is my second set of wheels.
My first set is my winter setup and I was impressed by the lighter wheels performance.
I decided to replaced stock wheels for the added performance from lighter wheels.
These wheels are not wider than stock by they are 20% lighter than stock.
They also give a more customized look to my car.

And would u be able to put 255 pss on the rear with no Fender rolling nor spacers ? and is the performance difference is that significant from stock to these Forgstar ?

It should be no problem using 255 PSS for the rear.
There is noticeable response using lighter wheels.
Car feels more nimble and lighter.
There is also more difference between comfort and sport mode setting.

Yes, they are 225/40/18 and 245/35/18.
Thanks for pointing this out.

I did put these wheels on a bathroom scale and they weighted 19.4lb and 20.6lb.

Thanks kindly sir, and to follow your point on lightness , your review is making me Consider Forgestar or OZ wheels for lightness now

Way too aggressive. You're going to have to stretch a tire to make it work and the fitment will be weird. Better to buy the right size, 9.5 ET50 is perfect for me.

Just drove home my "new" 2015 M235i Estoril Blue/Coral red with only 4K miles and am considering doing the wheels.

Perhaps this is heresy but does anybody know if the Audi "Rotor" wheel will fit a 2015 M235i

I had those on my 2012 S4 and they are by far the best looking wheel I've seen.

Any chance anybody can photoshop those wheels onto a pic of the Estoril Blue M235i ?

TIA
