ZF8HP Problems

Recently when its cold outside (or when the car isn't fully warmed up yet) when it shifts into 2nd gear (so going from 1st to 2nd or 3rd to 2nd) it would lurch or clunk into second which is pretty unsettling. The best way I can describe it is when you're driving a manual and you stop the clutch a bit to fast. I have xHP installed so I checked the adaptation values. They seem pretty high and was wondering if a transmission adaptation reset can help or I should just start looking for a new car now lol
