Well, HK doesn't have a EQ. I've got the treble center and the bass is about 3/4.
On the sub, phase shift is on 180, Low bypass filter is about 60%, Bass boost is 50% and Gain is about 40%.

Any problems with overheating? Mines runnin hot. Sometimes cuts out. Have it mounted to the rear seat as OP

No issues overheating for me. But mine was too heavy to put on my back seats so mine is mounted on the floor of my trunk. Oh and I have an F80. I think I want to somehow add another one to my trunk for more bass.

honestly I've never checked it for being hot. it's never cut out. next time I'm out for a drive I'll stick my head back there and check it out.
