iTunes movies and iDrive via USB

Does anyone know how to play movies downloaded from iTunes on to iDrive via USB? Do the .m4v files need to be converted? I've searched on the forums with no luck.

iTunes files are DRM encoded. You can't play these natively on other devices.

I saw a "DRM" option while coding the other day. I'm wondering if that would do the trick
