Focal or Vibe will they make a difference

So I have an M240i with the bog standard Hi-Fi system (doesn't even have door tweeters or centre speaker)

I can upgrade the door speakers to Focal 100l or Vibe Optisound (with tweeters) for around £130-150 (I'd need the door trims for the Vibe as well.

Big question is, will I really notice the difference with no amp?

As a starting point they will definitely make a difference. Many people, myself included, have done a speaker upgrade and been satisfied. I know an amp would also help but they are a bit more pricey.

The stock system is quite poor.

I have the Focal speakers, a different version, but the fact remains they are a phenomenal upgrade from the stock setup.

i have the focal 100 and 100L and they sound amazing. 100% worth the upgrade

Is this a difficult install? Do the door panels need to come off?

They do need to come off, not a difficult job from what I've seen and the new speaker just replaces the old one!
I might add some sound deadening material to the door while I'm in there
