M-Sport Vs M240i Bumper

Are the normal M-Sport bumpers found on things like the 220d identical to the bumpers on a M240i? Is it just the grilles that differ?

According to the part lookup site, they are not the same. Only the m235i and m240i share the same bumper part numbers. It's possible the mounting parts are the same but it would be better to stick with what you know will fit.
