Cowl rubber deteriorating

Hello everyone, I just recently noticed that the rubber seal on my windshield cowl is falling apart. Has anyone tried replacing it themselves? Is there any special tools required? I have metric allen wrenches and socket heads, so I was curious if it's reasonable to purchase the parts and replace it myself. Anything I should know? Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.

I found the relevant part below:

Often removing the wipers is the hardest part of the job! You may require a wiper puller/removal tool for this if the wiper arms don't release.
You can purchase the part from FCP Euro with their lifetime replacement warranty so you'll never pay for another one. https://www.fcpeuro.com/Parts/?keywords=51-71-7-240-672
