42 front 44 rear with the staggered setup. And yes, I lost two front caps.

Damn, you have to crank those up, don't you?

So, aside from BMW's underlying issues with camber, don't other high performance tires have less roll over than the PSS at the same pressures?

Also, since a square setup will reduce the understeer, at some point, burning through the front tires so fast has got to make it worth springing for matched wheels.

I'm debating myself on how best to manage this along with a camber fix like camber plates or the longer lower control arms, so I appreciate all the input here.

i think a dedicates set should be worth it, specially with a square non-directional tire... so you can rotate left-right and front-rear

it won't prevent it from wearing the outside but at least you can manage to wear the set more evenly...

also i would imagine that with bigger tire in the front you should get more grip and maybe should put less wear on the shoulders?

I'm hoping I'll be happy with the square setup because dang those PSS tires really do grip and they inspire a lot of confidence with their great feel.

I've decided to buy the wheels. I'm going with the Team dynamics rather than the Kosei's . I'm conservative when it comes to wheel fitment at the expense of being limited to 245's

To answer your comment, the PSS's are great street tires / all around, but you can definitely get more grip with extreme summers such as the RS3's or even Michelin's own PS cup tires.

I haven't bought them yet, still shopping for the best deal.
So far I found them at outmotoring.com for $221 each

Team dynamics pro race 1.2
8.0 x 17
ET 40
5x120
73 mm bore

They have different colors too.
I think this site is mostly for mini parts.

Let me know if you find a better deal. I'll do the same

I bought these exact wheels from www.demontweeks.com in the UK. I think they were around 450gbp for the set. Shipping was pricey though...

Yes Chris, I only found out about these wheels from your post.
Thank you

Can you answer how much they weight and whether you like them so far?

Ok update

Found them at bimmer world for $210 each and they weight 20.5 lbs according to them.

While that's 5 lbs per wheel more than the Kosei's, and pretty heavy for a 17 inch wheel, I'm convinced they will be a lot tougher and stronger.

Also TPMS would be nice since we have the ability to actually see the PSI of each tire in the M235 which is super useful on track.

Are the TPMS universal to any wheel?

you can see temperature too... if you have it coded...
but not sure if it is worth it $300 of TPMS to see it on a dedicated set

I believe the weight is 9kg, Although I didn't actually weight them myself. Love the wheels, and very sturdy.

On a side note
Tirerack states that the BBS RS works for the m235i

17x7.5
Et 35
With 225/45/17
I can confirm, I run that size and offset of BBS SR for Winter. Fitment is perfect.

I got the Kosei's with the TPMS since I'm also using these wheels for my snows. It drove me crazy watching the yellow light without the monitors in my prior E90 winter setup.
