Adjusting steering feel (comfort/sport)

From what I remember, only cars with the adaptive M suspension allow you to adjust the steering independently from the suspension (ie comfort mode but with sport steering).

Is there any way to enable this on a car without the adaptive M suspension?

No, you can't adjust them independently ... steering and suspension go together..

you can adjust drive train and chassis separately

ah i mis-remembered then, that's what i meant lol...adjusting them separately but on a car without adaptive

Later cars allow you to do that even without adaptive. ID5 ID6

Not sure it can be coded to older idrive models.

I don't think mine lets me separate them, at least I couldn't figure out how to get to that option thru the menus (I don't have Msport or adaptive suspension, 2016 228ix).
