catback non resonated midpipe is what I'm looking at. Already have the VM catless dp so should be extra loud

Exhaust is not about power, it is about the sound.

An exhaust system will sound a hundred times better than a muffler delete

Remus says this full catback systems give +10 +15HP because of the reduced backpressure...

Guy I work with did a straight pipe and muffler delete with a catless downpipe and it was stupid loud. It sounded cool, but not nice. He ended up welding in a resonator to the midpipe to quiet the exhaust a bit and it helped, but it's still pretty loud. To give you an idea, he starts it in a spot next to the building and you hear it rattling the wall. Like Mike said, an exhaust setup is more about the sound and Akropovic sounds great and so does Remus, but I personally like the Remus sound better. Just my .02

I'm assuming the Remus one is going to be a little less that the Akrapovic one. I am swaying to the same set up as you joe. A buddy told me Awe is coming out with a DP and i might be able to get a better deal than the VM one.

I'm considering the Carbon Angles 102mm tips. I think they look nice and will go better with the back of the car. I like the black chrome ones, but at the same time I think the carbon tips match the back diffuser better. If those black chrome were all carbon, then I'd do those. I like that straight pipe look.

yea the Akropovic one is kind of pricey here in the eu so I'm leaning the Remus one since it's made in Austria (couple countries over). I'm hoping it's not TOO loud, but if it is, then I will weld in a resonator.

We now offer the VRSF downpipe, it will not get any cheaper than that

Anything after downpipes will not get you any noticeable performance gains

oh I know it wont be noticeable. It wouldn't be noticeable either even with the stock DP. Like you said before, it's all about the sound. I was referring to the performance parts I have for the car. (I haven't forgotten to put up a review for the stuff yet. Just haven't had a chance to have them all on together to put up a proper review).
