Exclamation VRSF Charge Pipe - Missing Bolt

I recently purchased the VRSF Chargepipe and installed it successfully. However, I lost boost and got a check engine light today. After looking at the pipe and checking the connection, I noticed the bolt on the side was missing (not meth bung) which allows for air to come into the pipe. There was a bolt that was secured into that hole when the pipe was installed, but somehow it has come out. By any chance, does anyone know what size bolt would fit in there? I don't know how to figure it out other than buying a bunch of different sizes and trying them out. Thanks!

Probably 1/8" NPT plug.

Meth Bung would be 1/8 NPT. Not aware of any other bolt that would be on the pipe except a meth bung.

So the meth bung plug is still covered and clamped. This is another hole altogether on the pipe that came with a bolt already installed. The instructions didn't mention what it was for so I left it alone. I'll try to grab a pic when I can. Thanks guys.

Might be the vacuum line for the automatic transmissions.

You are confusing what is the meth bung (where the bolt needs to cap if not placing a meth nozzle) and what is the nipple (for automatic transmissions) that gets capped with a rubber cap and worm clamp.

What you need is to find out the standard thread for meth bugs and buy a bolt of that thread and appropriated length

Yeah you're probably right, I just was trying to say that there's two places that have to be plugged/covered somehow to seal the pipe. I haven't gotten a reply from VRSF yet on the size I need, but will keep trying to reach them. Thanks.

Others have already stated it's 1/8 npt. Go to local hardware store and mention you need 1/8" npt plug. My plug was also shipped loose and luckily I tightened it before installing the charge pipe.
