I know with these cars, you've got to pay to play, but $1k+ for a muffler seems ludicrous to me. I find the Milltek sounds amazing and the full street cat back can be had for <$1500, how is the build quality? Are they a reputable brand?

Yes they are a reputable brand.
Atleast in Audi world, the videos i come across about rs6/rs7, like 80% of those have a milltek.
Based only on this video i prefer Milltek.

Milltek is a reputable brand and their products has never given us any issues. More pronounced in the Audi scene more so than the BMWs.

I recently ordered have one and it's arriving in 1-2 weeks . I'll post a before/after video once it's installed.

The exhaust shops I spoke with said fitment is good for the Milltek exhausts.

Yep I've had mine for nearly 3 years. Still sounds good!!
