It is fairly easy to do, go to realoem.com and select a European 2-series, pick the seat trim code (such as HAAT=Yes for black cloth/Alacantra) and lookup the part number for each seat panel, for example 52108054985 for the driver seat backrest. https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=52_3752

Then go to Schmiedmann.com, enter the part number and look up the price and availabilty, such as €379.90 for the backrest, available in about 12 days: https://www.schmiedmann.com/en/catn-ol?q=52108054985

I would expect you are looking at about €4,000 to change all the seat panels, perhaps 50% more if you want to change the other trim panels too, then the cost of an upholstery shop to do the work if you don’t do it yourself. So probably USD$4,500 for just the seats with you doing the work, to perhaps double that if someone else does a complete interior swap for you.

It may not be significantly cheaper, as you would have to buy the whole set of seats likely with the bases and motors and have them shipped to North America, which could cost $1,000 to $2,000 to have them packed to avoid damage and the shipping charge due to the weight (about 100kg / 220 lbs).
