The 2 series has a problem with grinding the front tires on the shoulder. The MPSS tires on my M235i lasted 12k miles. The MPSS tires on my M2C lasted 19k miles. My driving style was the same with both cars. The 2 series needs more negative camber.

Can someone please give a ballpark cost for purchase and installation of M4 LCAs?

Yep...I agree. Have same problem with my 230i xDrive, Track Package with the o.e. MPSS staggered tire setup.

What tire pressures are you using? I'm getting rollover even at 38 psi cold in the fronts.

I ended up getting new wheels (BBS CI-R) and went up a
tire size. I also switched to the MPS4S.
The stock setup was really under tire(d). I could never get the tire pressure right. It was either too much air resulting in a bad contact patch or too soft with sidewall rollover. It really needs more negative camber.
