Wastegate duty cycle

I have been reading and the general rule is the WDC should be low until the turbo spools up. After data logging My WDC is always at 99 percent even at idle. When I hit the accelerator it drops to about 80 percent until I let off the gas and goes back to 99. I don’t think its normal based on what I have read. Here are a few details, 2015 BMW 228i xdrive with N20 motor. Running bootmod3 stage 1 91 octane. No check engine lights. Any tips? I could post the data logs if that would help.

Can't say what's good or not. But mine does the same thing and runs fine.

Wouldn't sweat it.
