Summer sear cover recommendations
I want to cover the leather in my 228i convertible so I can make pool, hiking, and sweaty trips less damaging. Is there a semi custom, breathable cover that is available?

I've used sheepskin in my cars in the past and found it to work well for me in all climates. I've bought other sheepskin products from Classic; they shipped quickly, and the products arrived in the condition I expected.

It looks like OP is looking to protect the seats more than anything else. In that case, I would not go with sheepskins. They are wonderful at keeping the occupant cool in summer and warm in winter, but the good ones are expensive and they do get soiled more easily than either leather or pleather. There are plenty of seat covers designed to protect the seat, though none of them are attractive or particularly comfortable.
