Unhappy Squeal / Whirring Noise while turning at low speeds

So recently I've been having this issue that only seems to be apparent at very low speeds (10 mph or less) while turning the wheel; either close to full lock or right at it.

Sounds like something metallic squealing. Very high pitch, only when I turn the wheel while rolling at low parking lot speeds. I can't tell if its audible from outside the car as i have no other person to help atm.

Any idea what this could be? Brakes are still good as far as I can tell via brake wear monitor and visual inspection.

One thing to note, this only started happening after recently jacking up the car to do some work. I had to jack it up from the rear in order to get the front up high enough to get jack stands under. I wonder if this process may have damaged something in the steering or suspension? I hope not...
