Climate's advice to email them is right, you'll get an answer quickly. I would be surprised if it wasn't near or exactly the same, but let us all know when you find out.

Yes, bimmercode + Veepeak works for my 2021 M240i.

did 3 coding this morning :
1) Convenient closing
2) Fold mirrors automatically
3) Door handle lights when reverse gear is engaged

works like a charm

want to try easy seat entry, but afraid of going into expert mode

The app makes a backup every time you connect it to a car, so, if something goes wrong (very unlikely), you can always revert it to previous coding settings.

I use the OBDLink Cx for bimmercode; I just picked up my '21 240 last week and haven't had any issues coding yet.

Changed some EQ settings to get the HK to sound a little better, added comfort closing et al, got my angel eyes brightness up always, recoded variable light distro and anti-dazzle hi beams (not sure if they work yet, just did that today), and am working on trying to get the comfort seats to work. Also got bimmerlink to keep my exhaust flap open.

Which EQ setting did you use for the HK system, and how do you like it compared to the standard F22 setting? I've had mine for about six weeks, that's the one thing I haven't coded yet that I'm still thinking about changing.

F45 seems to be the consensus at least in this thread . That is the one I like best in my F23

I am using the F45 (think its 44 or 45) setting; both of the F4x seemed to be the most balanced for me. I had mine for about a week before I changed it and after a 1000 mile road trip back home from the perf center, I definitely like the F4X stages better. The bass is still a little overpowering on any setting except flat, but overall its much more enjoyable across the different music genres.

The F22 ddidn't bother me a whole lot except on a couple songs - I'm not sure what was different about them - but it almost seemed like the music and the vocals were seperated, with the music being in a studio and the vocals being in an amphitheater, if that makes sense. Haven't had that issue with the new EQ.

Question on comfort or key fob closing. When top and windows are all down, I want to
1) just lock
Or
2) lock and fold in mirrors
Or
3) lock and fold mirrors and close the top.

How can I do 2) without 3) starting? Deck latches always start opening.

This is on my new 2021 M240i.

Thanks

#2 is all in the timing, I hate it when I hold it too long and deck plates move but I am getting better at it. Have not found a way to prevent it altogether other than the timing of the touch.

(For Verts Only)
I have found that if you code all the comfort stuff to their max delays and set Mirrors to fold automatically you can lock and fold without worrying about the top starting to come up. Granted you can't just lock without folding mirrors but it is worth it to NOT have the top start to come up.

You can also forgo any coding and when you want mirrors folded, just fold them with the fold button, then lock by your favorite means.
