Bimmercode Head Unit Issue
Anyone ever run any codes and then completely lose the module in bimmercode app??
I have coded in my car to recognize an updated idrive screen and now my screen is unresponsive and completely black. will not turn on and when i connect bimmercode again, the "head unit module" is now completely gone. any help would be much appreciated. |

UPDATE: Issue fixed
If this ever happens to anyone or something of the sort with coding and a module just disappears on you in the app.. it is because there is no power going to that ecu, so unit will clearly not be responding meaning the app will not recognize that ecu.
I went and started checking all my fuses and i found a blown fuse for my head unit. Hope this helps anyone in the future. I have pictures of the where the blown fuse was for the head unit if ever necessary. Last edited by JG_Media9; 05-23-2019 at 10:22 AM.. |
