Australian price thread
Thought I'd kick this off with opinions on what a fully loaded 235i is worth in Brisbane (I know different states will change the sticker price).
Anyone want to chime in and give me an idea of what I'd be up for if I wrangled a decent deal? |

base price before onroads and taxes predicted to be $100k... So minimum driveaway price would be $120k before options.
I'd say no negotiations on price for the first few batches of cars |

1M was priced at $99,900... Rumours are BMW Australia again will price it just under $100k. So it will cost the same new.
LCT on a $100k car is 33% so that's $11.5k plus onroads, GST and dealer delivery. The car on the road will cost $120k. If you want options it will cost more (but there shouldn't be many). Like the M3/M4 there are only minor options such as head up display, driving assistant, parking assistant and glass sunroof. The rest should be standard. Oh and possibly ceramic brakes as a function, but I doubt it. |

Doubt they will have HUD... Its not on any of the 1 or 2 series cars. It's a really good function, my mate's dad got it on the 435, and my mate had a loan 320d which also had it... it takes some time getting used to but heard its great to use.

I optioned parking, comfort, sunroof, metallic, visibility and connected drive which came to 105k. Will def try to get in the 80s, 105k was a bit much. |

Yea my quote was around 101k... Dealer is doing free driveaways so I'd imagine it would be 105k without it. But yes big negotiations room, I think the car aren't as high in demand because of the pricetag... My one was already on a boat with no name attached

Similar spec to mine. You should be paying well under $90k easily.
