I'm considering adding vinyl accents similar to these photos that I am posting below. If anyone has done something like this please share your photos.

Is it just me who thinks the grill stripes are a bit played out at this point? Every other BMW in my area has the stripes and it kinda looks cheap and cheesy to me. Of course it's just my opinion as I prefer the clean, sleek look.

I feel the same tbh, but mostly about the m colors. They are definitely played out and people around my area slap them on unkept bmws of all shapes and sizes.

What I'm thinking about is something like an estoril blue or mineral white looking vinyl on only maybe 2 grill blades

I like some of the BMW M Performance decals, but that's pretty much it. The MP decals look well thought out and tasteful, IMHO. All of the homemade stuff like grille stripes just looks tacky and cheapens the look of the car. I have the matte black MP rocker panel decals (in conjunction with painted MP aero side blades/skirts) and like the look. That's as far as I'll be going, however, with decals on my car.
