Low volume play with Smartphone?

I have noticed that my volume plays low time to time on my Iphone and realized the problem. When my Facebook is running in the background, the volume plays low; but as soon as I close out it out, th volume kicks up loud. So i figured this may be the solution to many people's sound problems.

BTW: I have HK system and I was testing the sound with Iphone 4S and Ipad 4 with same issues and solution.

turn off that stupid zuckerberg idiotic feature of having sound in FaceBook... the volume is dropped everytime the device has some sound to play for you (like when you get email)... mght be that.
