Question Gopro mounts

Anyone have any GoPro mount recommendations that work well with the 2 series? I'm looking for primarily something I can use inside the car for track events. It would have to be pretty stable so it doesn't get flung around...

I've had success with the suction cup mount on the interior glass and on the exterior of the car. Once you lock that sucka down, it's not going anywhere!
This is in a street situation.

I've had success with the GoPro suction mount attached inside from the sunroof glass and also with the front tow hook setup.

I have used my DSLR mounted on a tripod. I wedged it with two legs behind the seats and one in the rear cup holder. I used small ratchet straps tied to the rear kid seat anchors and wrapped around the tripod.

While not optimal, it's what I have. I didn't want to spend the extra money on a GoPro and suction cups when I could make it work.

This is on Hockenheimring in my previous car.

I just used the suction cup attached to the inside of the front windshield and just to the right of the rear view mirror on the passenger's side. I had to flip the camera upside down though. I also used wide angle so it would catch the whole hood and surrounding area.
