New BMW Apple iPhone Snap-in Adapter Ordered
Just talked to the guys at GetBMWParts.com and they confirmed the iPhone 5S will work with the BMW Snap-In Adapter, part no. 84212351308. I destroyed my Galaxy Note 3 this past weekend along with my right ankle (in a cast now) in a motorcycle mishap, and bought a new iPhone 5S to replace it. Will give a review on the Snap-In once it arrives.
Should be a nice feature to be able to snap the phone in and get the better antenna (from roof) and ability to play videos from the phone. Haven't started my BMW Coding yet, but plan too very soon. |

Apple just release 7.1.1 IOS while I was down installing new music on the internal hard drive. I'm thinking this is the update my dealer was ne telling that was overdue that will give full media functionality. Good timing as my new Snap-In arrives later this week.
