Alignment Question

Hi Everyone,

I have a question that’s been bothering my mind. I have a 2016 F22 218i. It has the 0337 M Sports package with 0704 M Sports suspension. When having an alignment performed with a Hunter alignment device there are 2 profiles I could choose from it is either a “F22 2 Coupe” and the second one is a “F22 2 Coupe M Sport” which one is the correct profile to chose from? Is the “M Sport” version for M235i/M240i vehicles or the M sport package/suspension? What do you guys think, which one should I choose?

Thanks…

M Sport, but you could also use a custom alignment settings for even better street/track performance.

Thank you very much for the reply, I appreciate it. For street use do you have any suggestions for a baseline? Thanks again...

If the car is stock with the factory M sport suspension with minimal adjustments, there is not much room to work with.

Zero or tiny bit or toe-in for stability. As much camber as you can get out of the stock front suspension. -1.5 to -2 of rear camber with the factory toe setting.
